Norges Bank Maintains Policy Rate at 4.5%

On 5 November, Norges Bank confirmed that its policy rate would remain at 4.5% following its 4 November meeting. The central bank said inflation remained above target, with September CPI inflation at 3.4%, and indicated that borrowing costs may remain elevated for some time.
